Master’s Degree in Information Technology and New Technology Law from University of Bologna (Law School) and the CIRSFID (Research Centre for History of Law, Philosophy and Sociology of Law and Legal Informatics), in collaboration with the EULISP (European Legal Informatics Study Program), 2001.
Master in Laws (LL.M) in International Business Law from the Universities of Fribourg, Bern and Neuchâtel (Switzerland), 2010.

Professional Experience
Member of the Italian Bar Association at the Court of Appeal of Trieste (since 1995).
Member of the Italian Bar Association at the Supreme Court in Rome (since 2007).
I started my professional career in Trieste at Allianz Spa (formerly Lloyd Adriatico Spa) and then continued working as legal counsel within the Legal Department of the following companies: Enel Spa (1994-1997), AcegasApsAmga Spa (multi-public service company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, formerly municipal utility company of the city of Trieste) (1997-2010), and Illycaffè Spa (2011-2014).
From 1998 to 2010 I acted as General Counsel in charge of the Legal Department at AcegasApsAmga Spa in Trieste, and as such I coordinated the listing processes (2000) and then the merger with Aps Spa, Padua’s municipal utility company (2003).
From 2008 to 2010 I have been a member of the Supervisory Board of AcegasApsAmga Spa, Trieste / Padua and, from 2013 to 2014, Chairman of the Supervisory Body of Arioli Spa, Gerenzano (VA), a manufacturer of machine tools for the textile industry, at the time partially owned by private equity funds Fondo Italian Investimenti SGR S.p.A. and Varese Investment S.p.A.
In 2010, during the LL.M in Switzerland I worked at the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law in Lausanne (ISDC).
From 1992 to 1994 I served as a member of the working group, set up by the National Association of Insurance Companies (ANIA, Milan), in charge of developing a framework for the new Legal Insurance segment, as well as the assessment of the impact of the EU directive on “Contractual Unfair Terms” on insurance contracts in Italy
From 1998 to 2010 I was appointed member of the Committee for Legal Affairs at the National Association of Public Service Companies (CISPEL, Rome)
Since 2010 I have been serving as Secretary of the Association of Social Promotion “Giocomondo”, which I helped set up, which operates in the field of teaching and dissemination of foreign languages and cultures among young people.
Since 2014 I have been running a private Law Practice.
I am currently a member of the Chamber of Civil Law in Trieste.
